This is the privacy statement of Aquatech Holding B.V. and all companies affiliated with the company (hereinafter referred to as “Aquatech”).
In this statement, Aquatech provides information about personal data of data subjects being processed. Aquatech handles your data with care and ensures that any processing complies with applicable laws and regulations. This privacy statement was last amended on 26 November 2024.

This privacy statement applies to all personal data that Aquatech collects and processes from data subjects in the context of employment, service provision, agreement and/or visits to our websites. Our websites may contain links to other websites. Aquatech is not responsible for the content or privacy protection of these websites. We therefore always recommend reading the privacy statement of the relevant site.

Personal data processing and basis

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we may collect or receive information for a number of purposes related to our business activities, including the following:

Aquatech takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.

View, modify or delete data

If you have a complaint about the way Aquatech handles your personal data, you can contact us via the website or by mail info@aquatech-diving.com.
To comply with your request and to establish your identity in connection with the request, we may ask you to attach additional information. Aquatech will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at the latest within 4 weeks. Aquatech would like to point out that you have the option of filing a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes in the privacy statement

Aquatech may change the privacy statement at any time. The latest version is published on the website. Therefore, always keep an eye on the website for the latest version. If the new privacy statement affects the way we process data already collected relating to you, we will inform you where possible.
